Blinds are 100/200 with 7 players still left in a single table SNG. BB is unknown player who has played several pots without showdown. UTG has played a mix of high-mid pairs, high face and random low connectors. Hero has 2200 in chips, BB with 1100, and UTG with 3100.

What should I do in this position given the information provided?

Read on UTG would be good. I think it's either a complete or a push, depending on how UTG plays.

I think standard would be complete, but pushing would be better with less BB, or a limper that limps everything under the sun, even at 100/200 blinds.
