This was 2nd game of the STT I believe. My reasoning for calling is this: I either have him dominated or its a coin flip.

Again, most calls are read-dependent, and based on the average donkishness that you see, you can either make this an easy call, or at the $109's, an easy fold because Villain isn't showing anything worse than AQ, and a lot of hands that beat you.

Yeah, at higher buy-ins, I'd probably expect all this preflop action means you're taking the wrong side of a coinflip or are totally screwed by a dominating pair. AK doesn't mind coming over-the-top all-in, but it doesn't like to call all-in, especially early in a tourney. All that being said, I doubt that the players at the $3s are solid enough for you to read them for such a specific group of hands. I don't have experience there, but to say that this much preflop action is indicative of the specific range of hands you fear means these guys have to be pretty solid. They're not, and they'll be playing a wide enough range here (assuming they're generally bad players) to make this call profitable (i.e. better than the break-even result here).

this is why I think he should fold, of course I know nothing about how he plays, but they have deep stacks and its a $3 sng so why risk busting out on a coinflip now when there should be plenty of better opportunities.

this is why i think you should call - i don't think its going to be a coin flip at best - i think most of the time you'll be ahead here - you could be against an AJ/AQ just as often as you're against TT/JJ/QQ, etc. AA/KK are much less likely since you have one of each in your hand.

Agreed. 2nd hand of a $3 NL SnG? I'm no SnG vet, but I imagine tighter play is more suitable for higher buyins.

Frankly, this is a push at $11s from MP lvl 1, so why not at $3s?
