Ok so here is my theory.
Dumbledore was modelled after Sklansky... evidences:
1. Sklansky runs 2+2 where people come to learn poker and he is an accomplished poker player. Dumbledore runs hogwarts where people come to learn magic, and is an accomplished wizard.
2. Dumbledore makes constant references to his intelligence and says things about how he has exceptional brainpower and is smarter then most and is not too modest on this topic. Sklansky can be seen on national TV saying he could have easily won a nobel prize had he chosen too.
3. Dumbledore is constantly asking questions rather then answering them and is really annoying to have conversations or discussions with if you want to know something just like Sklansky. I swear Dumbledore should say Do you see why? at the end of some of his rants.
4. They both have beards
