/images/graemlins/smile.gifI'm sure that other 2+2'er's will join me in a "Grats" post for Irieguy's 1st Place finish in yesterday's main event at Orleans....150 players...$300 Buyin (+) $300 rebuy....How much do I like my "ownership" of Irieguy in the *STTFHUC_LAC* = A Lot /images/graemlins/cool.gif

Yes, Irie pwn3d the Orleans like a 2 dolla whore. Maybe he'll even treat us to a hand or two, /images/graemlins/shocked.gif.

A ballpark guess would be about $30K for first.

Nice score, Irie.

Congrats Irie. Nice payday I'm sure.

Also congrats to skipperbob. I think this is the closest thing to an on-topic/strategy post I've ever seen from you.

Thank You...Actually I've been so busy winning $215 SnG's & maintaining my place on the Empire Leaderboard that I have been unable to make any reply-posts to the "What do I do with A-Joff in UTG position in my fourth-ever $5/0.50 Sng?"...Or, even more poignant, "Gee I just had 4 OTM's in a row; Now what?"

Great job Irie! Looking forward to hearing about a couple of crucial hands or whatnot.

I was just messing around, man, so I'm not going to argue with you unless you really want me to.

I wish I didn't have such a burning hatred for this face /images/graemlins/wink.gif so that people would know when I am joking.

/images/graemlins/cool.gifNot a problem Jman & no, I don't want to argue. Actually, the criticism that I get for "off-topic" posts is well-deserved; it's just that once the basic strategy of SnG play is understood, there's not much else to do.

Sadly, I can't make a career out of cynical reviews of Slacker's posts, although the territory is broad and full of promise, so I must entertain myself with nonsense. /images/graemlins/frown.gif /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Nice job bro. In 1 tourney you made what I make in half a year of working in a gortex suit fixing machines.

Do you plan on playing bigger games now that your bankroll has moved up a notch?

Fortunately for my bankroll, it was 3am and I had a busy day at work scheduled for monday. I made it home with 100% of my cash (minus tips... as usual, I gave the cocktail waitress 5X as much as the dealers and staff).

I'll have a delayed celebration at CH2 soon, though.

This is quite possibly the single funniest thing ever written by SkippyBob. I can't belive all y'all are letting him slide on this one. Skipper makes a great point here, of course. In about 40 years (Skipper will be 134 years old for those of you scoring at home), Skipper too may have "not much else to do."

In the meantime, please post some hands from your $215's and enlighten us mere mortals as to how powerful you have become.

I can't post hands because I don't know how to download/save/copy/paste/or post (the whole deal being part of the "not much else to do" paradigm....Besides that, I am currently involved with trying to learn how to Text-Message on my cellphone...which is very complex

Hell, I'll even volunteer to train the skipper on how to copy and paste.
