1. You have no need to clean up outs with a bet/raise here, because you're drawing to TPTK.

2. The board is very non-threatening and so villain is not folding any pair here. If he has a no pair hand here, you want money to go in with the nut-no pair, but you might as well let your opponent do it considering if you bet you'll get raised by overpairs but often just called with hands you tie/beat.

3. Given pot size, you will certainly want to see a turn.

The only viable line here is check-call, in my opinion.

Why not cap preflop?

I think unimproved you check fold the turn but this hand is the biggest leak in my game. I check call the flop and then when a no scare card hits the turn I am betting and getting called and all of a sudden I am calling a river bet. Man why am I such a fish. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

if i lead the flop, villan will raise overpairs and force the bb to a decision. why not lead the flop to push out bb and c/f turn UI? maybe villan has AK. then again he is only a 4pfr so i can assume he has overpair and c/f ui

What does folding the BB do? This play only makes sense if BB has a better hand than you and villain has a worse hand, which will probably not happen that often. Note you are drawing to very clean outs and so you don't mind others in padding the pot for your drawing hand.

now that i think about it, i may have a leak there/ i soemtimes bet to push ppl out in order to get hu, i think this is a good play when i ahve a marginal made hand. but n this case i have a marginal draw. point well taken ty

The best you can hope to be right now is tied with such a tight pfr. You're highly likely to be dominated or behind. I'm check calling this and check folding the turn UI.

Folding BB has very little value as he's not folding any hands that have you reverse dominated if he has a wierd gutshot or backdoor let him draw to it. Your probably behind AND the pot's not quite big enough to worry about folding 4 outers.

Slowplay, duh.
