I came across this hand in 6-max recently:
PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (6 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter (http://www.pokerhand.org)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A/images/graemlins/spade.gif, K/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, MP calls, CO calls.

Flop: (9.50 SB) 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, MP calls, CO calls.

Turn: (6.25 BB) T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, MP calls, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises</font>, Hero calls, MP calls.

River: (12.25 BB) 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, MP checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets</font>, Hero calls, MP calls.

Final Pot: 15.25 BB

Should I have folded or raised more when the Loose CO went on a rampage all of a sudden. I figured he might have KT or something.

(grunching)
With the T coming on the turn, the first thing that comes into my mind is 98 and he made his straight. The problem is that that does not really fit with the pf play (could be for 6max, I don't know). But, since we are dealing with a LAG, a floped set of 6 probably 7 is more likely. Anyway, since the pot is big I will call down, but like someone has already mentioned, I expect to lose.

Hehe. Yea I almost folded it but I suppose I didn't trust my read enough. He showed TT at showdown. Thanks for the feedback.

grunching...
Normally, the loose fish turn raise to a two pair, or a slow played trips (at least that is the line that I see). However, I would have played it the same. You have to call down, TPTK is good often enough on that board 6-max.

You posted results already so I guess there is no point in me giving my initial reaction of call down and expect to see TT...

I don't think we can fold this and I would definitely not raise this against a passive post-flop player.
