Looks good, but how about a crying call on the river if CO raises? UTG+1 is trying to give away his chips and if you face him with two preflop he might hold on to them for another hand.

I don't think so. UTG+1 only has 1 sb (or less) left, what does it matter to him if we call or raise? He's putting in the rest of his chips no matter what. I'm assuming the cold-call is to setup a c/r on Villian later in the hand, not to keep UTG+1 in the pot.
