Honestly, I'm rather lazy at this early hour so I don't want to dig through the particular hands-- but if there's one thing I noticed in your game, it's that you play top pair too passively. On ragged boards with rather passive players, you need to be in there raising with your pair of Aces, not folding.
Also-- on one hand, I'm pretty sure the pot was between 8-10BBs, and you folded for one bet (Might have been with top pair, or second pair) --for 1 bet, on 10-to-1, you should call, not fold.
