Bored at work take this set of tests to find out the sex of your brain

BBC Science (http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/sex/index_cookie.shtml)

I got an average male score of 50 and preferred feminine features as well as being a strong silent type.

Did anyone not get 20 out of 20 in the the first test, the line one which is meant to measure spatial awareness? I ask because I have terrible spatial awareness, I've even seen an occupational therapist to confirm this, and I got all of them.

only scored a 25 on the male side - but then I've always been a girly man /images/graemlins/grin.gif

knocked the ball out of the park on the system on angles, systemizing, and 3D shapes though...

I only got 16 -

I actually would tip my head till I was looking at it up/down and then try to match the line -

Got 100 male. I rocked all the traditionally male tests with perfect scores but the female ones I was very bad at.

20/20 for the first spatial
7% for the changing position... i suck
8/20 empathy
20/20 systemizing
9/10 eyes
12/12 3d shapes
verbal fluency sucked 6 grey and 2 happy
the ultimatum i demanded 40. i was very close to picking 49 but in large part i think it has to do with the gambling background.

That's weird, my spacial awareness really is terrible. I just proved it by driving to my local garage and having them all laugh at my parallel parking. Maybe it's not a very good test.

Another one. Does that mean you and me won? Yay, we won.

Actually, I got 0% at the changing one. Mainly cos I skipped it cos it was so faggy, but also cos it looked exactly the same before and after to me.

However, I think there was some mistake with the word thing. I typed at least 8-10 on each one, but it showed 1 in each case. Probably didn't read the instructions properly, but lets face it, instructions are for wussies.

I got 25% female.
I got 17 out of 20 on the angles.
Sucked at empathising, did pretty well on systemising.
Got 5 out of 10 on the Eyes test.
Had the male ratio for fingers.
Preferred feminine faces.
Got 9 out of 12 on the 3D shapes.
All these results seem to suggest male.
But I guess I really nailed the Spot the difference with 64% and the total words with 25, and I didn't really understand the ultimatum question so I took 50%. All these answers lean towards female.

I got 25% female too, which is wierd, because everything I did had me more towards the male spectrum, except for the one at the end where you had to associate words (I just kept on going... who the hell only thinks of 1-5 words in a [censored] minute?), and the one where you had to memorize which objects had moved.

You need to put commas in between the words.

I scored zero. I scored very highly on all of the male indicators, but then I came up with a lot of words, and I got 9/10 for the eye test. I guess I'm Admiral Androgenous.

The chicks were all fugly so I just kept clicking in the middle, and for some reason it didn't register the word association thing near the end. I say the test is flawed.

the trick to the face test was to just pick the one with the smaller chin

50% male.

If anyone here did NOT pick $49 as their answer to the ultimatum, you should just quit poker immediately.

I hope all us poker players demanded 45 pound of the 50 pot. That seems to a good enough amount for the person not to reject it, since the person will be costing themselves 5pound just to be spiteful.

Not at all. TONS of people would be willingly give up 1 pound to spite you out of your money. You should have considered the EV of your play /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I had this discussion a long time ago regarding "Friend or Foe," which is basically the same thing. I decided that if there were $10k up for grabs, and I was offered less than $5,000.00 I would immediately demand everything or nothing.

I'd rather get nothing than have a bastard get more because he exemplifies everything I hate about human nature.

I liked that too, and I'm 100 male.

I think it's okay, cos you get to see someone poking the sht out of Jennifer Aniston whilst she has a horrified look on her face.

In this situation, no counter-offer or negotiation occurs. You either accept what he offered you, or you both walk away with nothing. So if I offered you $2,500 of the strange $10,000, you wouldn't accept the money?

I scored a 50 on the male side, but probably would've been closer to the 0 if I'd known you are supposed to put commas between the word association task. I typed out about 15 words for "Grey" but only got 1 right. Needless to say my confidence was let down for "Happy" /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Depends on who it is. There are definitely some people for who which I would value the spite more than $2500.
