Post 63o - Preflop

I leave a table after playing 8 hours. Then I walk over and watch another live $2/4 table for half an orbit, and it's a really fishy table. So instead of bed, I sit immediately in the only open seat left, fearing someone else will take it.

I post. I have 6s3c in MP1. UTG raises, 1 calls, 1 folds, I call.
I'm still in farily early position with complete crap, but expecting at least 5 way at the worst. Is this still a fold?

How about if I was in the BB? I generally fold there, but is this ever a call in the BB when completing the action?
