View Full Version : If your PP location is in CAPS, are you more likely to be a winner?

I'm not quite sure about this, but players with rakeback on PP skins seem to have their location displayed in caps... and many of these players are multitabling TAGs.

Therefore, can the player's location, whether it is displayed in caps or not, be a tell?

I agree. My Eurobet screenname has my location in caps. I think that's standard for that skin since I've noticed a lot of European players with all caps locations.

So all caps = somebody getting rakeback or a Euro player.

I would hesitate to assume that anyone getting rakeback is a good player. I have a monthly free roll through one of my affliates, so I get to see the screennames of a lot of their clients. Checking their stats in PT out of curiousity revealed a lot of 40/20/3 players who are certainly long-term losers.

Haha. Like it matters...

When I signed up for Empire I entered my location as Lawrence and it shows up as LAWRENCE

You can email them and request them to change it back to normal. I've had to do it on each skin plus Party.

Might be related to when you signed up? My last account this year is in all caps, the ones before 2005 are normal.

It's random. Some of my Party skins accounts are in caps, some are not. I never enter anything in all caps.

me too, i just emailed euro to change it to lower, the replied within an hour saying it's done.
