Blind stealing at level 3 blinds?

This is just something I've been unsure of. If its folded to you at the 11+1 with blinds 25/50, should you loosen up the normal starting hand requirement a little bit and try to steal the blinds or would you still play the normal range of hands that you would play at that level?

I start stealing at level 3 if I have a decent hand, decent stack (atleast 12bb) and position, and I don't have the blinds tagged as really loose.
