Sit and go v cash games

Whats the best way to build a roll starting small. I have a small online bankroll (200 bucks)and am trying to biuld it up but I find that playing in micro limit cash games my winning sesions are very small but if I win a single table tournament I can win 70-100 dollars in an hour and a half. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?? Thanks in advance for your feedback
