i need help

aside from the obvious need for mental help, I cant figure out how to get a pic next to my name, any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to type the entire link in the avatar URL space.
If the picture is on you C drive, you need to C:/...., If you get it from a website, just cut and paste the link. I hope this helps sonmewhat.
