punishing those who violate the 10bb rule

I understand the reasoning behind the 10bb rule and follow it myself, but because I am so tight on my BB, even to min raises, I don't think my opponents would benefit much from following the 10bb rule vs me. I rarely limp late game and really fear min raises as I dont want to be dominated. How frequently should you call from your bb? I realize this is vague but if anyone has some general advice id appreciate it, or I could post some example hands. Thanks.

Really depends on Villain's minraising range, but against most Villains, I think this is a shove, especially since you only have 5x BB and are being blinded down to 4.

This is a rare situation where I stop and go. Second option is a fold though assuming the minraiser wasn't getting out of line.

Personally, I think with the stacks of the other players, without a read here, I would fold and steal at my next opportunity. Sure you're short, but the only stacks that aren't are the two biggest.

It's really hard to say what someone should do without a read here IMO. If biggie has been stealing every chance he gets, easy push or stop-n-go.
