Here is some information on Villain:
-Once raised 4xBB in LP with QTd. Flop came 982 rainbow. He called a $70 bet on flop with a gutshot. Turn was a brick. He called a $150 bet with a gutshot. River paired his queens, and he called a $300 bet.
-Once bet out $40 with ATo on the flop of 732 two diamonds. I raised to $100 and he called with nothing.

Can you guys give me some information on this line I took? Also since this board didn't really hold any draws, its safe to assume a large overbet means strength, correct?

Betting all the way is correct if he was making loose calls.

On the end, you're getting a little less than 2-1 on your call. Are you going to have the best hand better than one time in three if you call here? I doubt it, so I'd fold. You've been representing a high pair the whole way, and he's got no reason not to believe you.
