Final Pot: t2445

I almost bet the flop to try to take it down right there but got scared because the BB waited awhile before he checked /images/graemlins/tongue.gif In retrospect I should have ignored that and taken a stab at it, the pot was already worth taking down. Should I have raised it more preflop? AQs sucks, I never know how to play it and hate losing to AK or KQ ://

Afterward he told me he had the straight, although I find his turn bet odd if that is the case, I put him on KQ or QTs, the only hand I beat that he'd raise like that is QJ, or the straight.
