I knew I was beat on the river, just sloppily felt like calling to see his cards.... that was dumb I know, but how did i do on the rest of the hand?

That's with 10/15 blinds when it's 5 to complete.

Also, this is a bad beat post, and you know it. But as to your question, stop betting it like it's an overpair on a raggedy flop, instead of TPcrapK ?
