10 Handed 3/6

Good player (21/11/2) raises UTG, folds around to me in SB, With the 1/3 blind structure is there any reason to call?

Hero folds. Out of position. Strong potential that you're dominated. The blind structure is relevant, but not dispositive. I think I fold this at 5/10 assuming UTG is reasonable and I don't have a really sharp read on what his range might be.

Ran pokerstove on this, and while I think we can debate the PFR's range, assuming it is AJo+, AJs+, TT+ then we're 42% equity with our AQo. We only go up to 45% if we add KQs and ATs to villain's range. And we're out of position, in a place where even if we flop an A, Q, or even both, we have no clue where we stand. TT and JJ aren't paying us if we hit, etc. This is clear-cut.

Playing AQ out of position against a strong, tight UTG raiser is a bad deal. At 3/6 it should be pretty easy to fold this from the SB. If I had position I would strongly consider a 3-bet though.
