Villain in this hand is a total donk. His stats are 70/2 and he's pretty bad post flop as well.

I think there's a decent chance that my Q's are good, but not sure. I fired out a blocking bet on the river (was it too big?) I probably shouldn't have called the raise to the blocking bet, but opponent is just so bad I think I still might be good. Thoughts?

Don't like it at all, sorry.

EDIT: This is YET another example of a 200+BB pot played heads up with simply 1 pair.

I don't remember the last time I folded TP2K postflop on a non-dangerous board against an idiot.

You're right. I didn't notice the 2% PFR at first.

What do you put your opponent on? The only thing you beat is AK that I could see him doing this with.At worst, he's got A/Q. He's probably got KK or AA.
