Once upon a time there was a man named Vince. He ruled the land of 2+2 with his spicy pros and profound insight. His passions were hotter than a ragging forest fire. He let no stone go unturned, no post unread, unless it was the SPM long winded posts. He was a leader among those who call poker their calling. The Vince was a voice with a mission and that voice was heard on all forums on 2+2.
Then there came a day when his powerful words were so imposing the Wizards of poker gave him his own forum to rule. He was the king of Everything Vince! No subject was off limits, he was opinionated, smart, witty, maybe even handsome. The Vince was a leader of men loved and feared by all who came into his world. Yes, he is a legend in the poker community.
Being a legend has it's downside, his followers needed his words, opinions, insight, or just a nod of recognition that he was aware they lived. The pace he set for himself was blistering and then one day with just a few meager lines on a post he was gone. At first no one noticed his absence, they just assumed he was there. But, he wasn't he was gone! Now the land of 2+2 and all it's forums are shallow, and misdirected. They have no leadership, no one to steer the true course to poker wisdom, no one to tell the truth. Have we seen the last of The Vince? Will he return to lead us down the garden path of knowledge, oiled with wit, spicy pros and vinegar.
Let us pray, oh mighty poker god please find our leader Vince. Tell him we love him, we need him, we are lost without him. Forgive us our sin of over burdening him for we knew not what we where doing. Dear poker god we plead with you return The Vince.
