Was i too aggresive pushing here from utg? I thought i needed to steal the blinds but i am wondering if this desperate push is needed when it is still 7 handed. Should i just go through the blinds again and hope to steal later?

Nah, pretty standard I would say. Especially with your luckbox plugged in.

I think you should fold with 7 players. You aren't super desperate yet.

I was being sarcastic, sorry. I agree actually it's a fold. Mine I think is a push though (SB had TT)

Yeah i figured it was marginal but i figured i gave up to much if i folded here. However i think i would be pushing as a small favourite or a big dog and that is what happened.

What sort of hands should i have pushed here?

What is the worst hand you would push here?

In this spot I want a legitimate hand prolly 88+, AJo/ATs.

This is likely too loose.

Also, I would much rather push something like QJs than a bad A here.

I think I would push with 66 and 77 also. Also I think KQs would get shoved. Otherwise pretty much your range.

So i am just a luck box and i should tighten my pushing ranges from positions like this next time?

With 7 left, yeah, I would say so. I ain't checked SNGPT or ICM, but I think it's -EV, with slightly >6BB. I agree about the QJs as well, less likely to be dominated, even better would be T9s though /images/graemlins/grin.gif

You're really not that short. I wouldn't push into everybody without something much bigger. There are several smallish stacks left that you can threaten in a better spot.
