Hero leads for $12, CO insta pushes, Hero ?

CO makes this raise ALL of the time. He will often lead into flops with small probe bets, he is kind of laggish but has had that size stack since I got to the table, so I am giving him credit for being a decent player at this point.

you mean that he pushes lots of flops, then you need to call.

Sorry when I said that CO makes this raise all the time I meant that he min raises pre flop all the time.

Anyways I folded mainly because I could not see CO making this play with anything other than a set, or some sort of stupid two pair ? Most of the time after min raising he would just fold to the continuation bet on the flop.

It seemed right at the time but I was still a little concerned, with differenet stack sizes I think it is a different story.

maybe I am fixated on trips tonight, but i fold to his set of fours.

Maybe I raise more preflop..and bet a tad less on the flop but I think folding to the all in is reasonable.

His minraise is probably a pocket pair or SC if he does it all the time. I don't think he's pushing here with KQ, and he's raising AK more substantially PF. This is a clear fold with 200BB stack.
