No, my 33 was a difficult fold, but after seing the action, i figured someone probably had me beat. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Actually I am interested only in the JJ action, my play is not pertinent to this hand.

Your 33 fold was dificult? You need to fold pocket pairs when you're calling pushes... his push was fine, as long as he knew that limpers doesn't mean AA/KK. If i was him, i'd be pushign that all day at the $55's.

There were no limpers, he raised to 100 UTG, then someone else pushed and he pushed over the top.

Overplayed by a mile, in my opinion.

I think this is closer than people are giving it credit for.

A lot of players won't push AA here becasue they want to get action and will instead make it like 300-400 to get some calls. Same thing with KK to a lessor extent.

If you discount the chances of AA/KK a little and still only have Tom push with AA-JJ/AK then the odds are pretty much there for a call. If there is any chance he would come over the top with TT or AQs then your odds are more than good enough. Since he will still have a playable stack of 520 if he loses its really a judgement call on what the all-in player will make this play with. Its certainly not an autofold.

There is nothing wrong with the initial raise.
