It's Her-my-oh-nee.

Before I got into Harry Potter, there was apprently a big debate among fans about how to pronounce the name. Then, JK Rowling cleared it up.

In the first few audio books, Jim Dale pronounced it "Her-mahn-ee." Since the movies, he has pronounced it "Her-my-oh-nee"
