Theory Of Poker by David Sklansky is one of the greatest book ever written about poker - but is it really that GREAT. For example, in the chapter "Heads Up On the End" we find:
"If you are first to act and have a hand that is a small underdog to win when your bet is called, bet if your opponent will call with more hands than he will bet, as long as some of the hands he would have bet, had you checked, would be worse than yours. Check and call if you think your opponent will check behind you with a significant number of hands better than yours but might still bluff with some hands you can beat."
Go figure .....

P8: A zero-one-game with 2 players (EARLY & LATE) - there is $1 of dead money in the pot to begin with. EARLY can either bet $1 or check. If EARLY bets LATE can call or fold - if EARLY checks LATE can bet $1 or just check behind. If EARLY checks and LATE bets EARLY can call or fold. No raises is allowed.
Q21: If you are EARLY with witch hands would you bet and with witch hands would you call ?
Q22: If you are LATE with witch hands would you bet and with witch hands would you call ?
... assumming the other guy is playing optimal strategy !
I understand this will be #8 on RGP by Bill C ... do it ! before he does it !?!
