Carne asada seems to get more play, but i've always been partial to carne guisada myself.

I'm sure they do, I'm not sure what guisada is...I usually stick with #24 at La Fuente and chile colorado at Torero's...Azteca is a free for all.

proud to say I've never been to Chipotle and only know where one is, but a couple of my favorite places are nearby so I've never ventured in.

Carne guisada is sliced beef, similar to fajita meat, except it's simmered in a comino-based gravy with some onions, peppers and tomatoes. Usually served in a taco or burrito.
Sooooooooo good.

had to go asada because i have never had guisada, however after reading jake's description i want to and i think it would be my favorite
