1) .gov has said saddam will bio attack if attacked

2) .gov has said will shut down all cities (entrance/egress egress heh) in the case of a single smallpox attack western hemi or worldwide im not sure.

3) some jurisdictions have plans to confiscate all guns during such crisis. (thats always nice not being able to defend yourself during a prolonged riot).

4) some jurisdictions will 'lock down' schools and you wont be able to get your kids. (always nice to not have your kids during what will become a prolonged riot)

5) .gov and military has said that foreign assets will be used to assist if military is busy overseas (always nice to have foreign troops patrolling your streets during a prolonged riot.)

i can get links to back up all of these and im sure youve heard of some of them theyve gotten a lot of press except for #5.

well, should we go to war? i hope you enjoy it.

also of course stuff like patriot act part2 will be passed which makes patriot act look like a freedom fest by comparison. which is nice if you like living in a high tech nazi germany or soviet union.

Assuming this is all true, do you think it will be any better if we confront certain problems later rather than sooner?

I haven't heard of any of this so please dig up those links;-)

Brad,

I think you made a case for going to war with Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, United Arab Emerates, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Libya just to name a few. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Wel...Iran, North Korea, Libya, Syria and Sudan could use some regime change. Saudi Arabia needs to stop spreading the jihadic death-cult called Wahhabism, too. One thing at a time, however.
