Fold to a turn raise

Button: tight-aggressive/aggressive. UTG: loose-passive/passive. I put button on a pair (TT-QQ - because he didn't reraise me preflop). I had been cold-decked for two hours (saw flop % ~ 16%) Was my line correct here?

No way. Any good player reraises that preflop. Button's most likely hand is a set. He'll only rarely have a big pair like AA/KK that wants action.

I'd rather check/fold the turn.

A TAG isn’t capping that drawless flop with something you can beat. Check/fold turn because you’re drawing to 2 outs.

A weak-tighty might not three bet TT waiting for a "safe" flop.

This is a top pair/over pair type of board. -I don't think 99 is holding up here.

I like the fold.

With a player seeing only 16% of the flops, I think you are looking at 88,77 or TT-QQ. Against super loose players, I might call the turn raise hoping to counterfeit 2 pair, but I doubt this guy is calling preflop with 87.
