20+2 PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

MP (t11625)
Button (t4035)
SB (t1140)
Hero (t6870)
UTG (t3330)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q/images/graemlins/club.gif, Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls t400, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to t1000</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t2400</font>

He's been raising a lot and I figure he'll just fold since theres a guy with 1k left when I reraise.

But what if he flat calls? Do I want to tie him into a pot with AQ/AJ? Does it depend on if he'll call the flop all
in regardless of the cards (and he wont, btw).

This is a hand my cousin played while I watched. He thinks it doesnt matter. I think the other guy could fold an AK if the hand was pushed, he thinks AK would autocall.

AK will auto call, and just push here no need to get fancy.

Man, those are really deep stacks. May not want to push with most hands here, because there's only t2000 preflop, and you've got t6000 or so behind...

Meh, shove it. You can get away from QQ on the flop. That sucks, a lot.

Er, in case of confusion, this was an 18 player tourny and it pays 4.

I would probably push it all. You would have a hard timing playing the flop if an A or K hits.

Push. I think with him only having about 3k left after his raise you should put him to the test for the rest of it. You want him to pay big for his possible 1-2 overcards. U also want to get MP out there are a few hands he might fold for 6000 and not 2400.

It was called and flop comes AAK (ugh).

Hero checks, villain pushes, 1600 more. Now what?

Is he pushing this with a worse hand despite a 1k stack out in 5th?
