Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t600 (3 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Hero (t1790)
BB (t3470)
Button (t4740)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
1 fold, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (t1200) 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif, 2/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
I push and was going to push regardless of the flop.
I *never* complete with less than 8BB.

I think if you're set on pushing post flop, why not just push pre-flop and hope to scoop 600 chips, plus your 300 back?

You gave him a free look at a flop when you hold absolute trash.
This isn't a stop and go hand, especially your chip position, you could use that 600 for the next orbit.

If you *never* do this with a real hand then I don't like it.

Well I'm not a legend at the $215s - yet /images/graemlins/grin.gif
I mean to say this is the first time this guy would have seen me limp like this.

The title is wrong BTW, this is a 215.

Meh, just push preflop. You have enough chips to have some folding equity and your hand will play fine enough against his calling range (specifically the range that calls preflop but folds alot of flops - say k9 and the like). I think you have more folding equity preflop than on a random flop. Plus there's always the chance he just pushes preflop and then you're in a ghetto spot.

Some people will think its fishy strong and some will think its fishy weak, so I guess that adds up to neutral. Flop probably misses him so move is ok. Plus, you can always suck out /images/graemlins/wink.gif

As time goes by if you only do this with nothing then it becomes not so good, as you know.

although its not a lot, I think that you have enough FE pf to just get your chips in then. Hopefully I can look it over again in the morning when I'm not so tired though.

Yeah allin preflop, I hate the way you played it honestly. Okay its probably not that bad but it's just overly exotic to me. Your hand is very strong preflop here and they clearly fold sometimes.

Looks like your giving the BB a free chance to bust you. If I'm BB I call that with any piece of the flop, hands that I would have folded had you pushed PF. If I have a hand that I'd have called an all-in PF with then I'm pushing it to your limp.
