Is this a tough game? Or is it a pretty easy game? Does it play kinda like low limit ($2/4-$5/10) these days? Or does it still play like a pretty tough middle limit game (tight and aggressive) like it used to be back in the 80's or 90's (which by the way I never played in but through reading poker books it sounds like $10/20 is (or atleast was) a tough game)?

P.S. I am also posting this in the mid-high stakes forum.

If you want to play 10/20 on Party then 6-max is where it's at.

It's a good game sometimes, and a poor game others. It's pretty hard to consistently find satisfactory games like it is in 5/10, and you have to prepared to play 9-max (which shouldn't be an issue). IMO you should spend solid time learning 6-max (3/6 --> 10/20) and then jump to 15/30-20/40-30/60, depending on your comfort level and bankroll. Else you can try 15/30 straightaway, but the game is challenging and, according to some, comparable to 20/40 and 30/60. In any case, the skill jump is huge for online 15/30+ games. I chose the 5/10 --> 10/20 6-max route, which I'd recommend to anyone.

As an alternative, I think reaching the 10/20 level is a good time to explore other forms of poker if you're primarily a rec player.

I think that every night there are 1 to 2 good 10/20 full games going on Party.

I have yet to play in one, but I have scouted a few.....seems like they aren't all that much different than the party 5/10 full.

The 10/20 level sucks and I don't reccomend playing there.

5/10 -> 15/30 is the way to go.
