Aight, converter seems to be down, but here's the hand:

Total number of players : 5
Seat 2: giuann (1105)
Seat 3: fisk_27 (2755)
Seat 5: ndub1234 (1715)
Seat 7: irishaces08 (1005)
Seat 10: mnyrvrstx (1420)
irishaces08 posts small blind (75)
mnyrvrstx posts big blind (150)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to irishaces08 [ Th, Qh ]
giuann folds
fisk_27 folds.
ndub1234 raises (300) to 300
irishaces08 folds.
mnyrvrstx folds.

Usually when I'm in steal mode, I'll fold to any raise ahead of me and more than 1 limp (usually) unless I have a premium hand. Now here, I wonder about restealing, or is that not an $11 concept. If I have this guy for raising more than his fair share (and this raise is either very weak or very strong) can I come over the top all-in with a non-premium hand? When do I push back at raises, especially from someone who's as aggro on the bubble as I'm trying to be?

Any reads here? Is he just stealing the blind? Would he fold to an all in shoved back to his face? If I had an ace, I'd push it right back in his face most of the time.

I would fold consiferind he will have tasty pot odds to call you should u push.

i'm kind of a wuss on my blinds, but i would fold.

i prefer calling and betting if you miss / checking if you hit to pushing pre-flop.

Yeah, my read is he's stealing, but ionno if he's quick enough to put together, "the guy who's been quiet all game is all-in, hmmm...he might have a hand that beats J7." This is why I tend not to go with hand reads at the $11s, because I don't do player reads well, i.e., I'm getting better at putting people on a pretty narrow range of hands, but I fail at knowing how they'll bet/respond to bets.

So, not knowing if he'll fold a crap steal attempt, I'm correct to pass?

Ew ew ew ew ew ew.... you want to call 30% your stack preflop then fold when you miss?

Better is to call if you expect the BB to fold and then push any flop. But this is a fold.

I'm still at $11s, and my default assumption is that these guys aren't too aware of pot odds (though I'm still not sure if this guy is quality or not). Still, pot odds or not, I was afraid a push would piss him off and earn me a spite call. Do you think I need to be more careful about/aware of offering favorable odds to my opponents at the lower limits? What do your experiences tell you?

Of course u have to worry about not giving oponents reason to call your all-ins. If youre oponent bets 500 and u come over the top with 900 dont expect a fold. If you push a flop well thats a totaly different story.

betting if you miss / checking if you hit

is what i suggested. and it's only 12% of your stack to call. don't get me wrong, i'd fold, but i think this is a non-terrible line against a likely steal.

Whoops, got some circuits switched. Actually if I called here I would bet unless the flop is like... Ah Kh 2h, Jh 9s 8d, Qs Td Tc, etc... But Qd 5h 2c I'm betting also.

So I'm hearing

1) no push
2) fold like I did
3) if I want to fight back at Mr. "I can't find the check/fold button," pull a stop and go? (unless I flop a monster)

That the consensus?

fold it, he will probably call if you push or raise a lot, not worth it

That's my opinion, I wouldn't necessarily call it the consensus.
