I will be in St. Louis next week are there any good mid limit games? Prefer 10/20 or 20/40. Heard Ameristar had 5/10 and a couple of years ago played in a good 10/20 at Harrahs but talking to a guy at my local casino he didn't think that game got going much anymore. I will be there on a monday and tuesday.

I will be in St Louis this weekend but the chances of getting to play poker are slim.

Last time I was at Harrah's, they had 3-6, 6-12 and NL. That was about 3 months ago.

I was at Ameristar but plead guilty to not remembering all the games they spread. I think I played 5-10 and maybe 4-8 and I want to say they had a 10-20 game but I can't be certain.

I didn't like the room very much so I kinda wrote it off.

Ironic sean (spelled same also) is my name also and c is my last initial

anyway

I live in st louis and frequent both ameristar and harrahs
harrahs has 2/5 nl along w/ 3/6 and 6/12

ameristar runs 1/2 nl
some form of omaha usually hi/lo 5/10
limit 3/6 and 5/10
depending on the day they have a pot limit
15/30 or 20/40
they have "over" buttons so you can up the stakes if u want
making 5/10 into 10/20 or 15/30 into 30/60 etc...
they will let u start a list if there is not a game started @ the limit you want to play

basically
limit- ameristar
nl-harrahs

Not ironic, just a coincidence.

Thanks everyone. Should I play the Ameristar 5/10 or Harrah's 6/12? Is either game a full kill game? also I have never played 5/10 is it a red chip game?

6/12 runs slower (all those white chips)...generally reaaaaallllyyy loose 6+ callers almost every hand

5/10 is red chip and seems to flow much faster

the higher limits at ameristar usually have a kill (15/30 plus)
