A common situation that I see in 10/20 6 max..

I'm MP with AK I raise. CO or Button cold call stats often around 28/15/1.5-2.0. Flop comes 972r or 822r very raggy flop anyway... I bet and he raises. Do you fire all the way down with your AK/AQ unimproved or you give him credit for a pocket pair that he wanted to see a flop with and he figured the flop was raggy enough to play back ? I often bet, call the raise and fold the turn UI. Othertimes I catch a flush draw and play back at him just to found on the river that he had pocket below Tens... Maybe I should call down more to the river and fold the river UI ? I'm no longer sure what is the best line with that kind of hand :/. Please enlighten me /images/graemlins/smile.gif

The two boards you mention are those that I would call down with AK against aggressive players.

what if there is a Jack or a Ten instead ? and you still have AK/AQ OOP ? Is it still an easy call down ?

No. If a 2nd broadway hits on the river then I would probably fold.

I expect someone who raises preflop 15% of the time to 3-bet with most pairs in position.

So you would call him down, or even reraise him ? Since he might take a shot with AJ... Wouldn't you fear him to have A8s on a 834r board ?

If the board is 832 and all you know are stats I'd at least see the turn and I don't think I'd ever 3-bet.
