I like waiting til the turn to raise, that play works fairly often. It could go alot of different ways though. Playing heads up is real read dependent.

I think you played fine. I wish your opponent folded the turn, but I think you have something to check down on the river.

His call on the turn suggests he will at least call, if not raise, if you bet the river.
