Viilain is TAG. Are folds like this okay or do they constituate a possible leak? I'd usually call down here, but I am attempting to pay off less.

Yea the fold is ok. Paying off wouldn't be god awful.
This often becomes a real stats/read based question.

The ace makes the fold even easier.

Looks like a good fold to me. If it is early in your session, or if you don't have a read on the player, I may call for information.

I dump the hand on the turn. Once you call the turn with a four card straight up there, folding on the river doesn't make to much sense to me. On the river the pot is pretty big too.

I think the two cold calls on the flop should tell you that you are in deep trouble. That board is a disaster! And then the turn is worse! Not only does it complete the draw for any 10 and d, it sucks you in for a call for the Q high flush draw. I even think a call on the turn is questionable.
You let everyone know you have a great hand on the flop and three people were still with you. Guaranteed you are way behind on the turn and possibly drawing dead.
