SB is 53/30/2.2 sort of LAGish, UTG and button are both LPP.

I think its ok, the check 3bet by SB looks a lot like a flush draw, but when he follows through on the turn and river into 2 others we could be looking at a set, J9, or some random two pair, so just calling is fine.
The only real question is the turn and how clean you think your overs are, I think its close but the odds seem to be there.

in this situation I prefer a river raise. BB will not always call but LAGish SB will probably have a hard time folding ?

And have an easy time 3-betting you if his hand is better than yours. On this board, with this many people, your hand is not that sweet. Go for the overcall.
