i know how to print page and crop it i just cant get it in the text

When you make your post, click the image thing. Then copy/paste the address of the pic into the box that pops up.

The image file has to be hosted on an internet website.

If the pic is on your hard drive then you'll need to upload it to the internet. Go to imageshack.us and get a free image hosting account. Then when you want to post the pic, right click the image and click properties. Copy the location and paste it into the popup box.

First, to post a link like that, click on the URL box in the Instant UBB Code section, which is directly under the window that you are typing in when posting. Cut and paste that url into the box, and follow the instructions.

If you go to the link you posted, and right click on one of those images, you get a pop-up window. One of the items in the window is "Properties". Click on that and you will see information about the image, including it's web site location. For the top image in the link you posted, it is
http://img1.yoxio.com/img/183939.jpg.

The poster has that image saved as a jpg file on a web host somewhere, and has linked to it in his post.

You have to link to a web image. You cannot post images here directly.
