This is my biggest problem right now.

Example: I raise AK preflop two calls from the blinds flop is 776 suit not important I bet they both call turn is 4 and they check to me.

Now im usually just checking it here and hope to hit the river, but in bigger games- 100 200 and 200 400 people seem to continue hammering always on turn after flop bet.

So what's the correct line?

This situation is read dependent. Against 2 unknowns I would fire again on the turn with the intention of checking behind any non-ace, non-king river. You likely have the best hand here so your turn bet is for value.
