Not getting my SNG summaries in email from eurobet

My email is set correctly and it's a hotmail address. I have checked my junkmail.
I clicked yes, send me the tournament summary after the tournament is complete.
I did it for three SNGs. Yes, the tournaments have been finished for a while.

Didn't know you could set up an external address - mine are always sent as Eurobet messages. Log in at their web page and see if there's a flashing envelope in the top right corner.
