My lease is about to run out on my car(Audi A4 02). Not sure what to do yet, thinking of either getting a real nice car, or maybe putting money down on a house. Opinions please.

house and it's not even close. buy a car, you are immediately kissing a few thousand goodbye when you drive out of the dealership. If you do it correctly and buy in the right place and manage it smart, buying a house is i.e. like paying yourself.
