Where to get autographs?

I will be in Vegas March 7-11. I would like to get my copy of HPFAP autographed by hopefully both Sklansky and Malmuth. Where/when do they normally play in Vegas?

Also, what is the ediquette for this sort of thing? Should I just wait until they're not in a hand to approach? Or should I wait until they get up to leave the table? Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide.
