not really. I call down here, you have 2 pair outs v. a3 and a gutshot plus the chance he is overplaying a spade (which he likely bets on any river) and you can't get bluffed out if you call, which while unlikely is possible when he 3-bets the turn.

i think i check/call the turn and river. we have top pair and straight outs- i hate giving credit for a flopped flush like this.

With the gutshot available, I think checkcalling down is the better line to take. If you had fewer outs if you were behind I would like your line better. Also if the 4th spade does hit on the river you might be able to get a free showdown by some better hands.

I would just call this down, but given that you did raise the turn, you should definitly fold to the three bet.
