do i have the same odds for boths hand for making a fullhouse?

I believe it's significantly higher if you toss all three cards.

Q-Q-2-3-4 and you toss 2-3-4:

C(47,3) combinations. There's 39 ways to draw three of a kind.

There's C(2,1) * [3 * C(3,2) + 9 * C(4,2)] ways to make Q's full I believe or 126.

So 126+39/C(47,3) or 165/16215 = 1.02%

If you hold Q-Q-2-3-4 and toss 2-3:

There's C(47,2) combinations. Here you need 4-4 or Q-4. 3 ways you can pick up 4-4, 6 ways to pick up Q-4 so 9/C(47,2) or 9/1081 = 0.83%
