Against any two cards, K3o is ~51.4%. given that the small stack will almost surely call, and the fact that there are two other big stacks behind you who may call as well (in which you would be a large dog), I fold here.

Should the fact that the BB is practically down to the felt and will probably call the all-in with anything factor into this decision?

Yes. The likelyhood of the BB folding should always be a factor. In this case K3 is just too weak given that the BB is calling more than 75% of the time.
