I've had the same happen. I don't remember how I fixed it, but I think it had something to do with how much I had in the sportsbook.

You can only cash out to neteller through the sportsbook. Transfer what you want to cash out to the sportsbook first and then go to withdrawal from the sportsbook.

I understand that I have cashed out with them several times. The problem this time is that the neteller option is not there in the list of options to cash out from the sportsbook.

So like I said...WTF??

I think it means neteller cashouts are not available for a few hours. Happened to me before.

And thanks smartalec...quite helpful.

I am pretty sure that neteller eurobet cashouts are only allowed during a certain time of the day. I really don't understand why though.

Someone posted awhile back that Neteller was doing server maintenance and/or upgrades early Monday mornings (ET) every week this month. So that might be an issue...

It is true that Eurobet is open for business mainly during european hours, I would rather that though and speak to someone who speaks the english language and understands me then to go 24/7 and deal with India. Not a biggot, just the facts...

I have met some competent people in India, but you never know who you're going to get when you call, they should have acct mgr's so you can ask for a new one if you don't get along with the current one, that way enough people complain and they go bye bye...

I think I went on a rant there, sorry /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'm bumping this for a loosely related problem. I tried doing a withdrawal from Eurobet but couldn't figure out how, since it said my account balance was 0. The 'trick' was to transfer it to the sportsbook, which appears to be the only in-out mechanism available.

So, yeah, duh... but it's here to help those that DAFS. /images/graemlins/grin.gif
