Villains unknown, should hero be betting this flop?
(A hand im reviewing for a friend)

A flop bet here is okay if the opposition is tight, but Js and Qs are relatively common for limping hands (I'd be more worried if it was 9TT however) and the board is drawy so our fold equity may not be that good.

The turn semibluff is good since the flop checked through.

On the river I'd value-bet as well expecting calls from 3s, worse 4,s and A-highs. However, I'd fold to the raise - we've got a poor holding on a dangerous board - slowplays are common in tiny pots like this too.
