Is there somewhere on this site where you can plug in two (or more) different sets of pocket cards and have the "favorite percentage" calculated?

Pokertracker will do this for you in the "replay hand" feature.

I suggest downloading Poker Stove (http://www.pokerstove.com/) though it is probably way more powerful than what you need. It is extremely accurate and you can do a lot of testing versus ranges of hands rather than having to select specific hands.

For quick results with specific cards only you can also try Card Player (http://www.cardplayer.com/poker_odds/texas_holdem/index.php).

I believe the cardplayer bit is online only.

Also do a search on google for Poker Calculator 1.1.4.1, which is similar to PokerStove, but I prefer to it.

You can't exactly plug in whatever you want, but when you replay hands just check the win % box and it will calculate through the hand.
