MP with 865 in a 30+3 lvl2. UTG limps and I limp with AQs. SB limps and BB checks, 4 to a flop of Q32. SB, BB check. UTG(900ish) raises 55, I re raise too 175 SB and BB fold UTG pushes. I put him on AA-KK but called anyway. He had Q3. unavoidable?

Knowing how many are at the table and the chip counts would be helpful here. I'll take a stab anyway.....
I would have raised PF 3-4x. Not that it would have kept a Q3 UTG limping donk out of the hand, but you need to get the junk in the blinds out of the way.
Flop: raising it pot was about right.......................
eh. Maybe I don't want to take a stab. How about filling in the blanks:
Buy-In
# seated
Chip Counts
Reads, etc.
River an ace?
This happens at times, but it is the risk you take when limping with AQ. I would hyave either just called him down or if I re-raised him I fold to the push.
EDIT: what I just said is extremely vague, but so was your original post.

Fold to his push. You hate having to fold hands where you've invested money on TPTK on the flop, but I think a fold is warranted in Level 2 (I assume 8-9 handed).
